Returns are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF:

A 'change of mind' because our products are custom made just for you & we do not hold stock
The item(s) have been worn or washed
The item(s) have been altered in any way
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition unless the condition is our fault.
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
The item(s) were a Final Sale item 

All returns will be reviewed by our team and must meet all criteria outlined above.
